The April 10, 2023 meeting at the Table of Grace 365 will be attended by our District Governor Shannon Coleman. Please mark your calendars and plan to attend. This meeting will feature service project partnership ideas with the Table of Grace volunteer coordinator.
Recap of March Club Meeting
The March 13th ANMP Rotary Club meeting was held at the Table of Grace 365 site with several members attending via Zoom. Meeting discussion focused on the Bowl-A-Thon. There has been no success in securing sponsorships nor any team registration activity. Therefore, it was unanimously decided to cancel the Bowl-A-Thon. An alternative fundraiser for this year is critical to the continuation of club service activities during the next Rotary year. Members are urged to send specific suggestions to any member of the club’s board for consideration at their April 3rd meeting.
RYLA Update
Our club’s sponsored RYLA candidate has completed and submitted his registration packet. Club volunteers are needed to provide transportation for this candidate to and from Peaceable Kingdom in Killeen on Sunday, July 9, 2023 and Friday, July 14, 2023. Please advise Youth Services Chair Natasha Drumgoole if you can help with transportation. All RYLA volunteers must be registered by June 1, 2023 to allow time for background checks to be completed.
