The Rotary Club of Round Rock Sunrise is proud to welcome its newest member, Karen Cox, whose career and personal passions reflect a deep commitment to service, leadership, and community connection.

Karen brings more than 30 years of experience in corporate operations and compliance, supporting leaders through complex organizational changes across the pharmaceutical and manufacturing industries. Today, she applies that expertise as a consultant, helping organizations successfully navigate transitions while maintaining strong teams and clear direction.

Beyond her professional background, Karen has a strong interest in education and the life-changing opportunities it can provide young people. Since 2018, she has sponsored a student in Ecuador through Children International, following her student’s progress through school and life with great pride and joy.

Karen lives with her family in Round Rock, where she is active in local community groups. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing stories, playing guitar, and creating gatherings that bring people together—a natural fit for the fellowship and service spirit of Rotary.

A fun fact about Karen: her first and longest-lived childhood pet was a rabbit, which made her especially excited to learn about the club’s therapy rabbit project for foster children.

Karen looks forward to serving alongside fellow members of the Rotary International through the Round Rock Sunrise Rotary Club, strengthening both the local community and global connections through service.

Please join us in welcoming Karen Cox to Rotary!
